Privacy

If you send a project brief, we use what you include (name, email, company, URLs, and the note itself) to reply.

If you refer someone, we use their name and email to follow up on that work. We don't add them to a list.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, that note is sent through WhatsApp (Meta). We only see it once you hit send there.

If you run a store audit, a Cloudflare Worker opens the public pages of that store in a real browser. We store the visit and a public-by-link report. The audit form does not ask for an email address. Written notes may be produced by an AI model (Anthropic or OpenAI) from that visit. Reports expire after 90 days. Anyone with the share URL can read the report. You can delete a report from the share page, or email shastri@deadeasy.dev with the URL.

We don't run ads on this site, we don't sell lists, and we don't pass your enquiry to anyone else. If you want an enquiry deleted, email shastri@deadeasy.dev and we'll do it.

Enquiries are processed through our website on Cloudflare and sent to our team through our email delivery provider. Cloudflare also hosts the audit service. Anthropic or OpenAI may process audit observations to produce written notes.

Audit usage

When you run an audit, we keep a private record of the store hostname, audit type, time, outcome and report link. We require your name and email to identify your audit. We check the email format and its domain’s mail configuration without sending a verification email. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not store your IP address in this usage log.
